Stuffed Greenshank (Tringa nebularia): mottled brown and white back, white stomach, long green legs, brown bill. The Greenshank is a wading bird, which breeds in remote northern/western parts of Scotland, near to the shores of lochs. It winters in the Mediterannean area or in Africa, south of the Sahara desert. It feeds on fish and water insects.
