Description:

Lister Cream Separator, red painted with 'NEW LISTER' written on base. In working condition. Large removable tin bowl on top, funnel beneath this also removable. Inside a full set of filtering cones which can be removed for cleaning. Powered by turning handle on side. Mrs Dursley purchased the cream separator in the early 1950's, from a small-holder in Kirk Deighton, N. Yorks. She believes it dates back to the early 20th century. Mrs Dursley used the separator for separating goats milk.
