Title: Milk skimmer
Item Name: Cooking and Cleaning

Description:

Shallow dished circular tin skimmer. A number of small, regular spaced holes to allow milk to sieve through. A metal handle, curved into a ring, is soldered to the skimmer and sticks up at 90 degrees to the dish. Purchased second hand by Mrs Reynolds in early 1950's, from a small-holder in Kirk Deighton, N. Yorks. Used by Mrs Reynolds for skimming goats milk.
