Description:
Iron screw clamp for fixing to the table, above chamber for mincing meat. Worked by winding handle at one end.. Originally nickel plated. Funnel attatchment for front end used to make sausages. Maker, date when patented and name of object on the side. A typically Victorian labour saving device. This would have been invaluable in the kitchen for grinding meat and making sausages. This example, steel (originally nickel plated) was made by Enterprize Manufacturing Co., of Philadelphia, U.S.A.
