Title: Grave 42 bones

Description:

Skull and skull fragments from the individual in grave 42, the Anglian Cemetery, Home Farm, Sewerby. Found in the 1959 excavations. Found in Hull Museum store and subsequently transferred to East Riding. See 1996.14 and 2004.6 (ribs) for other parts of this individual. Only the skull and long bones were recovered in the excavation. Probably a female, judging by the grave goods (annular brooch, sleeve clasps, knife), aged 10-12 years. In two bags.
