Steel cut throat razor. Decorated blade which folds into a curved tortoise shell handle. One one side of the handle is a silver inlay of scroll design decorated with small flowers. Stamped on blade: "EXTRA HOLLOW GROUND, MANN & FEDERLEIN, SOLINGEN/MANNOS". Also cardboard case, in poor condition.
