Description:

Several bags of human bone. From graves 39-40 of the Anglian cemetery, Home Farm, Sewerby (5th-7th century AD), excavated in 1959/1974. Grave 39 was of an individual aged around 12-17, sex not identified as only the legs and parts of the pelvis survived. Grave 40 only contained leg bones and one vertebra, so again full identification was not possible. Said to be a 'young' individual.
