'Lifeboat after rescue (of the Dutch vessel Luna), being drawn on its carriage back to its home, south side of the Pier this being on the north side. The tide being out, great danger in rescuing, note the mark of caterpillar wheels on the sands, also a few vessels rather blurred showing. Lovely sands here, no shingle......' Bridlington, 29th October 1919.
