Moulded lead token on a slightly irregular flan. One side with a stylised tree(?), the other with an anchor. Probably of Tudor or early post Medieval date, these may be tallies associated with cargo handling rather than currency, rather like the later lead sack seals connected with the Baltic flax trade. Part of metal detecting collection belonging to the late Terry Britten.
