Pages from an undertakers book recording cause of death and funeral arrangements. Bottom left hand corner- February 14th 1864, A coffin to John Spencer of Riston who hanged himself. Aged 58 years. The Carlill family were carpenters and undertakers in Long Riston during the 19th and into the 20th century. Their premises were in Main Street, Long Riston.
