You must put your bin out on the street at the edge of your property by 7am on the morning of your collection day.
If you live on a farm or have a private ten foot, you must place your green bin at the collection point we have agreed. This is usually at the nearest point to the public road.

Due to the popularity of the East Riding app, the text message service is ending from 17 December 2021, and no reminder messages will be sent after this date. Residents signed up to the service will be automatically removed. If you wish to receive reminders, please download the East Riding app. If you would like a pdf copy of your collection calendar please use the bin collection checker at 'When and where should I put my bins out?'. When you use the collection checker and select your address there will be a link to download the calendar file.
