Planning constraints map

Planning constraints are policies or conditions that affect whether, and how, a property or piece of land can be developed.

You can use this map to check constraints that may affect development plans for land or property in the East Riding area.

Please note: this map acts as a guide and does not feature all planning constraints that the council consider within the planning application process.
