How to pay your rent

Find out about the different ways you can pay your rent and garage rent.

How can I set up a Direct Debit?

The safest most secure way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit, why not sign-up like the 4,700 tenants who already have. We offer the following payment dates to make paying rent easier:

1st, 7th, 14th or 21st of the month.

Not all bank and building society accounts can be used for Direct Debits. Check with your bank or building society if you are not sure.

If none of your details have changed (i.e. address, sort code, account number), your Direct Debit will remain active, so you do not need to resend us your bank details each year.

If you previously paid your rent by Standing Order, you will need to cancel this with your bank.

Do I need to change my Direct Debit if I have moved house?

No. When we change your address we will set up a new Direct Debit at your new address and send you a new rent statement showing how much your payments are and when they are due.
