Landlord seminars are held twice a year and are informal events that provide a great opportunity for landlords to put questions and ideas to council representatives.
The aim of the seminars is to:
- develop a good working relationship between private sector landlords, managing agents, the council and its partners
- share experience of housing legislation and provide information on new legislation
- consult landlords on new initiatives within the council
- receive and implement landlords feedback.
The seminars are open to any landlord or letting agent of residential property in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and include informal presentations by the council and its partner organisations.
