Results of the Parliamentary Election 2024

On Thursday 4 July, residents had a chance to vote on who would represent them as a Member of Parliament (MP).

After polls closed at 10pm counting took place across three count locations in the East Riding of Yorkshire. 61 percent of East Riding residents voted.

The declarations were made in the early hours of Friday morning and below are the results from the three East Riding constituencies:

Goole and Pocklington: David Davis, The Conservative Party, elected

Turnout: 49,907; 62.4 percent

Dale Richard Needham - Liberal Democrats - 3380

Bridlington and the Wolds: Charlie Dewhirst, The Conservative Party, elected

Turnout: 43,077; 57.9 percent

Beverley and Holderness: Graham Stuart, The Conservative Party, elected

Turnout: 45,041 votes; 62.6 percent
