Following consultation on the Local Plan Modifications in March 2015, the council has proposed a further modification (reference: AM242) to site SMB-B (Land North of A166, Stamford Bridge) in the Allocations Document. This has been proposed to address comments raised by National England on the Local Plan Habitats Regulations Assessment.
Allocations Document Additional Modification (January 2016)
The proposed amendments have been published for consultation, these are set out in the East Riding Local Plan Additional Schedule of Modifications (Allocations Document) January 2016 (CD388).

The Modification takes into account an update of the site assessment for SMB-B, as well as a revised Habitats Regulations Assessment and Sustainability Appraisal Notes (CD389) for the site. These have been reflected in a Statement of Common Ground (CD366/02) that has been prepared by the council and Natural England.

The consultation will commence on Monday, 18 January 2016 and will close at 5pm on Monday, 29 February 2016.

The public consultation took place between Monday 30 March 2015 to 5pm on Monday 11 May 2015. Comments were only invited on the changes (modifications) and on new documents that were added to the examination library since the hearing sessions. These documents included a note on the impacts of the 2012-based household projections (see CD346 below) which were released by the Department of Communities and Local Government on 28 February 2015.

Responses to the changes (March 2015)
A number of comments on the proposed modifications were sent to the Programme Officer on behalf of the Planning Inspector. These are set out in the table below and are provided with the prefix 'FC' to distinguish them from previous responses to the Local Plan.
The Planning Inspector will now consider the responses for both Examinations (Strategy Document and Allocations Document) before deciding on the next steps in the process. No further responses are required and any which are received will be returned without being considered.
The table below also includes responses to modifications first set out in July 2014 following the submission of the Strategy and Allocations Documents. The modifications were detailed in document CD04/02 and were subject to public consultation between 21 July 2014 and 1 September 2014. The responses to that set of modifications are provided with the prefix 'EMM' in the table below.
