As part of a Libraries Week that celebrates the role of libraries in a digital world (Monday, 7 October to Saturday, 12 October) and Get Online Week (Monday, 14 October to Sunday, 20 October), East Riding Libraries are inviting players to a game of bingo.

The online bingo card has links to a wide variety of library and council digital resources, as well as some informative and fun things to do online.

To take part, visit eastridinglibraries.co.uk/getonline and start playing. It’s a chance to complete a line, four corners, or really push for a full house!

Councillor Shaun Horton, portfolio holder for tourism, culture and leisure at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “We want to highlight how libraries are engaging with our residents through technology, building digital skills and confidence, encouraging digital participation and inclusion, and supporting health, wellbeing and education.

“This activity shows how innovative, progressive and modern our library service is and helps us deliver the digital goals we aim for within the library service.”
