Household waste recycling sites at Airmyn near Goole, Humberfield near Hessle and Holme On Spalding near Market Weighton are to be closed for between one and two days to allow essential work to be carried out.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council is informing residents that the Humberfield site will be closed on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 March. The Dove House Reuse Shop on the site will also be closed on those days.
The Holme On Spalding site will be closed on Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 March.
The Airmyn site is to be closed on Friday 1 April.
Residents with passes can use nearby alternative sites on those days if they wish to, or just hang on until the sites reopen.
Councillor Chris Matthews, portfolio holder for environment and climate change at the council, said: "These are routine closures. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience they will cause, but thank you to residents for bearing with us."
