There will be opportunities at two local sites in the East Riding to take part in the RSPB Big Garden Bird Watch 2019.
At Sewerby Hall and Gardens, on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 January, from 11am – 3pm, there will be a chance to come along and make apple feeders to help feed the birds in your garden. Visitors will also be able to find out about how they can help ‘give nature a home’ and learn exactly what the Big Garden Bird Watch is all about. The Big Garden Bird Watch events on both days are free.
For full details of all the events and activities over that weekend at Sewerby Hall and Gardens (including activities in the zoo : fat ball feeders on 26 January, and fruit kebabs on 27 January), visit www.bridspa.com/events or by calling 01482 3953420 in office hours.
