East Riding Leisure Beverley is launching a Virtual Classes Studio in its Group Exercise studio this Saturday (25 May).
The launch event will be on Saturday from8.30am onwards, with classes on the TRX and virtual classes. There will also be a chance to win a three-month membership, by simply attending two or more classes and entering a draw.
Saturday’s event will be amixture of live and virtual classes as well as TRX classes:
TRXclasses (30 minutes) 1 - 1.30pm and 1.30 - 2pm
The launch event is open to all, but booking online is advisable, to avoid disappointment.
Senior facility manager Coby Kemp said : “This superb new facility is in addition to over 100 instructor led classes which we run weekly.I am delighted that we can now provide these virtual classes, which have already proved popular at other East Riding Leisure sites including Withernsea, Driffield and Bridlington.”
